1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AllMeters Specific Sections:

A. Service Description

  • AllMeters offers AI automatic meter reading service
  • 4 pricing plans for: Clients, Property Administrators, Utility Providers, Partners
  • Monthly/annual subscriptions with online payment
  • Photos are automatically processed with AI

B. Terms of Use

  • Account creation mandatory
  • Minimum age: 18 years or legal representative
  • One account per user
  • Prohibited: AI reverse engineering, spam, fraud

C. Subscriptions and Payments

  • FREE Plan: 0 EUR/month – 6 meters, 20 cloud readings/month
  • PREMIUM Plan: 5 EUR/month – 30 meters, 100 cloud readings
  • Administrator Plans: 10-35 EUR/month
  • Provider Plans: 50 EUR/terminal/month or cloud API
  • Partner Plans: discount between 20% and 35% off list prices
  • Automatic recurring payment (card, SEPA transfer)
  • Billing in EUR, VAT included (21%)

D. Right of Withdrawal (14 days – OUG 34/2014)

  • Client can cancel within 14 days of purchase
  • EXCEPTION: Digital service with instant access → loss of right if used
  • Clear notification at checkout: “By activating your account you waive your right of withdrawal”
  • Full refund if not used

E. Liability Limitations

  • AI does NOT have 100% accuracy
  • AllMeters is not responsible for: decisions based exclusively on AI, indirect damages
  • User verifies and corrects figures before sending to provider
  • Liability limit: value of monthly subscription

F. Intellectual Property

  • AI models, code, brand = protected property
  • Prohibited: copying, distribution without authorization

G. Terms Modifications

  • AllMeters may modify terms with 30 days advance notice
  • User may cancel if not in agreement

H. Termination

  • Client: anytime from settings (downgrade to FREE or delete account)
  • AllMeters: in case of fraud, terms violation (7 days notice)

I. Applicable Law

  • Romanian legislation
  • Disputes: amicable resolution → Mediation → Courts of Târgoviște
