AllMeters operates a structured B2B2B reseller program that allows individuals, companies, and regional agencies to distribute AllMeters products to utility providers and property managers in their area. Partners earn a recurring discount on all sales, territorial rights, co-marketing support, and AMTS cryptocurrency token rewards for active terminals. This post covers every tier, the financial mechanics, and how to get started.
How the Program Works
The AllMeters partner model is wholesale reselling: partners purchase licenses and subscriptions at a discounted price and sell them to end clients at market rate. The difference is the partner’s margin. Unlike affiliate programs (which pay a one-time commission on first sale), AllMeters partners earn their discount on every billing cycle — as long as the client remains subscribed, the partner continues to earn.
Program access is gated by the AllMeters Partner NFT on the Solana blockchain. The NFT costs 1 SOL at purchase and comes with a 0.5 SOL buyback guarantee if the partner decides to exit. The NFT is non-fungible but transferable — partners who exit the program can sell their NFT on the secondary market or return it to AllMeters for the buyback.
The Four Partner Tiers
START — 20% Discount
The entry tier. Partners receive a 20% discount on all AllMeters products sold to their clients. No minimum volume requirement. Suitable for individuals, small IT consultancies, or anyone testing the program before committing to a higher tier.
Includes:
- 20% discount on all consumer, professional, terminal, and API subscriptions
- Access to the AllMeters Partner Portal (sales dashboard, client management, billing)
- Standard partner onboarding and product training materials
- AMTS token rewards after 3 consecutive payment months per terminal (100 AMT/terminal/month)
PRO — 25% Discount
The growth tier. Partners at PRO level receive a 25% discount plus active territory support from AllMeters headquarters: inbound leads from the AllMeters website that are geographically associated with the partner’s territory are forwarded to the partner, not closed directly. Co-marketing budget (AllMeters contributes to local campaigns, events, and demos) is unlocked at this tier.
Includes everything in START, plus:
- 25% discount (vs. 20% at START)
- Territory lead generation — inbound leads forwarded from AllMeters
- Co-marketing budget (amount scaled to territory size and partner sales volume)
- Quarterly business review calls with AllMeters sales team
ELITE — 30% Discount + Exclusive Territory
The professional tier for established resellers. ELITE partners receive a 30% discount, an exclusive territory (no other AllMeters partner may operate in the defined geographic area), and a dedicated account manager at AllMeters who handles escalations, custom pricing for large clients, and direct access to the product roadmap.
Includes everything in PRO, plus:
- 30% discount (vs. 25% at PRO)
- Exclusive territorial rights — AllMeters will not sign other partners or sell directly within the ELITE partner’s territory
- Dedicated account manager (named contact, SLA-backed response times)
- Early access to new products before general availability
- Custom pricing authority for large utility provider contracts (>50 terminals)
MASTER — 35% Discount + Sub-Reseller Network
The top tier. MASTER partners build and manage their own sub-reseller networks: they can sign START and PRO partners under their umbrella and earn a 5% commission override on all sales generated by their sub-resellers. MASTER partners function as regional distributors.
Includes everything in ELITE, plus:
- 35% discount (the maximum tier)
- Sub-reseller network rights — recruit and manage up to 20 sub-resellers
- 5% commission override on all sales from sub-resellers in the network
- Revenue share from the AllMeters AMTS token appreciation pool (proportion scaled to network volume)
AMTS Token Rewards
All partner tiers earn AMTS cryptocurrency tokens as a performance reward. The mechanics:
- Eligibility: Each active licensed terminal that completes 3 consecutive payment months generates 100 AMTS tokens per month for the partner who sold it.
- Accumulation: Tokens accumulate in the partner’s AllMeters wallet and can be withdrawn to a Solana-compatible wallet at any time.
- Utility: AMTS tokens will be usable for discounts on AllMeters subscriptions, voting on product roadmap features, and (from Q3 2026) on the secondary market.
- Token launch: AMTS launches on Solana in Q3 2026. Partners who accumulate tokens before the launch date hold a pre-market position.

A PRO tier partner in a mid-size Romanian city with a portfolio of 3 utility providers, each running 30 terminals:
- 90 terminals × 50 EUR/terminal/month market price = 4,500 EUR/month client billings
- Partner cost at 25% discount = 3,375 EUR/month
- Gross margin: 1,125 EUR/month recurring
- AMTS tokens after month 3: 90 terminals × 100 AMTS = 9,000 AMT/month
This margin is passive after the initial sale — the partner does not need to be involved in meter readings, data processing, or customer support for the core product. AllMeters handles all technical infrastructure, billing disputes, and software updates.
